Stomp your funky boots and move your body to the freshest beats at this brand new camping festival, We Out Here.We Out Here is showcasing hip hop, jazz, soul, funk, and a whole lot more. This project in the countryside of Cambridgeshire is brought to you by Gilles Peterson, Worldwide FM, and Brownswood Recordings. We Out Here is featuring live music and some of the top worldwide record collections over the course of four nights and four days. The worldwide family gathering is your chance to lose yourself in some of the most unique music you’ve ever heard, take part in mindful yoga and healing sessions, and indulge in some healthy grub.

Come join We Out Here for a heavy dose of house, techno, Afrobeat, jazz, and soul music from artists all over the world. There’s a wide range of artists and DJs covering all areas of music.
U.S. house heroes Theo Parrish, Mike Dunn, and Francois K are three of the finest artists from Detroit, Chicago and New York. Theo Parrish combines loop recordings, live instruments, and voices to create eccentric sound sonic pieces that sooth your soul. Francois K is also considered to be one of the forefathers of house music. He now performs around the world at many international gatherings. Francois K began his career in Studio 54 and Paradise Garage in New York City.
If you’re also looking for some bass and dubstep, Mala & The Outlook Orchestra is a must see. Mala directs his orchestra for some bass-driven tracks that you’ll find yourself bouncing to all night long.
You’ll also have the chance to listen to a broad range of the finest forward-thinking U.K. selectors that cover all areas of musical genres.
Dubbed the hero of the U.K. music scene, Josey Rebelle is a well renowned DJ. She’s known for her underground music and irresistible energy. Rebelle has played at many major festivals and clubs around the world, including Dimensions in Croatia, Afropunk NYC, and Primavera Sound in Barcelona. Another artist to see is Bradley Zero, who founded the Rhythm Section institution. He loves music and shares this passion with the world.
Creating his own unique beats in electronic music, Call Super’s distinct taste in music production fights back against the generic sounds that we so often hear in electronic music today. Lastly, the futuristic beats from Alexander Nut is a must see at We Out Here festival.
For some experimental beats at We Out Here, you can’t miss Donna Leake. Donna Leake is all about the here and the now. She guides her beats based on how she’s feeling in the present moment, letting her creative spirit guide her music.
We Out Here festival is also your chance to catch some up and coming future musical stars like Shy One, Tash LC, and Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy.
Shy One’s diverse creativity shows through in her music, where there’s no limit on the spectrum of sound. She takes this unique taste and carves her own path in the music scene. Sky One takes a wide range of musical culture from jazz and hip-hop and twists it into something that’s her own.

Another artist you definitely don’t want to miss is the founder of Content Album Sundays, Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy, who creates beats from the vinyl renaissance
And, those interested in the tougher range of the 4×4 spectrum can experience the likes of Objekt, Skee Mask, Whities, Tasker and Minor Science.
The Berlin based DJ Objekt creates smooth sounds that glide through unpredictable tempos and various genres to make eclectic new sounds. Taking breakbeats to an entirely new level, the innovative springy beats produced from Skee Mask will direct a characteristic energy into the crowd.
Another performer you’ll want to check out is Whities, who takeover with head honcho Tasker going b2b with Minor Science, bringing hi-tech music that’s quirky and distinctive to his taste.
Additionally, Robert Luis is the founder of Tru Thoughts, a Brighton based record label. His style covers a wide range of beats, from tropical, reggae, hip-hop, grime, and funk.
Lastly, Giles has selected legendary Bristol Label Planet V to provide 170 breakbeat sounds with Jumping Jack Frost, Bryan Gee, and Randall. Krust & Dynamite MC is also on the bill, bringing some acid house & hardcore with them.
Mental and physical wellness are important aspects of any festival, which is why We Out Here brings you some top notch sessions and activities that give you the chance to take a break and reset your body, mind, and spirit.
Break up your day dancing and head into the yoga yurt, which hosts sessions like dynamic vinyasa, mindful flow, meditation and ecstatic cacao dances.
We Out Here is also offering deep tissue massages, sport massages, and head massages with their specialists on site.
You can also free your mind at the sound energy healing sessions, which brings meditative sounds together in unison that creates a sense of peace and tranquility to the listener.

Culture at We Out Here
Check out these events, sessions, and activities for a bit of culture at We Out Here. Doc N’ Roll Film Festival will host daily acclaimed films and screen talks during the festival. You’ll be able to join a group of people in the same mindset who want to celebrate music and the masterminds behind production and sound.
Somethin’ Else & Brownswood is a company founded by Jez Nelson who will showcase some of the music TV films he’s most proud of, while Commune brings activations like workshops, live music, and discussions while also showing their favorite films
Another place to check out is Lemon Lounge, where you can learn a new skill. You’ll be able to engage in discussion, create something new, or learn about DJ reload at these pay-as-you-like workshops. You’ll be able to find an assortment of new records during the day at the Record Fair Tent, which turns into a bumping dance floor at night.
You can also collect your stock of vinyl and cd’s at Rough Trade. And last but not least, Worldwide FM will be broadcasting the event throughout the weekend.
